PMPOA Gate Committee Meeting Minutes

Date: 02/08/2024

1. Yelp and camera systems tested and functioning as intended.
2. One Clicker Left. Residents should reach out if interested.
3. Need to follow up with AT&T about end of life for the hardline. Chris reached out to AT&T, but got no response. Riley will look into it. Chris to email Jan and ask for account number from an invoice and relevant questions.  Need to see if a penalty will be applied if we back out of the hard line service. Will determine when we switch.
4. Need to touch up bollards with paint due to rust. 
5. Chris reach out to DKS about failed directories.
6. Gate codes were reviewed by the Committee. Chris will follow up with necessary action.
