Architectural Committee

Our Pinnacle Mountain Community was designed for harmony with its mountain wilderness setting. To help maintain standards for the community, the PMPOA Architectural Committee was formed to establish guidelines to maintain our community appeal. 

Please note that the PMPOA has a new burning regulation which requires approval by the Architectural committee for certain types of outdoor fire pits. Please review the Burning Regulation and submit an application to the Architectural Committee if needed. Application is available below. 

Please submit any questions or PMPOA applications to the committee members prior to any structural changes.
